  1. How can I obtain my gift card balance?

    Currently, all balances are obtained by calling us at 1-800-487-4386. Please have your card number readily available.

  2. Can I get a refund on my purchase?

    All sales are final.

  3. I purchased a ticket online, but I don't see a receipt confirmation email?

    If you just purchased the ticket online, please allow a few minutes for the email to be sent to your inbox. After a few minutes, if the email has not arrived, check the Spam folder. If the receipt confirmation email is not there, it can be retrieved from the store. Click the Menu on the top left and go down to Order Lookup. From there, enter the email address and phone number used at the time of purchase and click Search. Select your order from the Order History results. Here you can view your receipt or your tickets. If you are in need of further assistance, please contact us at 1-800-487-4386.  You¹ll be connected to our technical team who can confirm your order details and re-send the receipt email.

  5. Where can I purchase Knoebels Gift Cards?

    Knoebels Gift Cards can be purchased online anytime for your convenience.  They are also available at the Park Office, Guest Services Counter, Lake Glory Campground and all of our Gift Shops (with the exception of Jolly Roger, Novelty & Bargain Shop).  Gift Cards can be reloaded at each of these locations in increments of $10, $25, $50 & $100.
